Financial Contributions
Financial contributions make it possible for the Society
to carry out its mission to promote the study of the history of Massachusetts and the nation.Contribute Online  Please click the button below to contribute using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Donations are processed on a secure server to guarantee your privacy. Please note it may take up to three business days for the charge to show up on your credit card account. You will be asked to enter your contact information (or to sign in, if you have previously registered), and then you will enter your payment information. Belknap Society The Belknap Society is an esteemed group of philanthropic individuals whose annual, unrestricted gifts create a continuous stream of income, a vital resource that allows the Historical Society to address its most critical priorities. Belknap Society members share the distinction of being the Society's most generous annual contributors, giving $1,000 or more each year to strengthen the promotion of history literacy. MHS Belknap Society members are invited to an annual Belknap Society event and recognized in the Annual Report. Contribute via US Mail If you would prefer to contribute by mail, please print a Contribution form to send in with your check or credit card payment. *Please note we only can accept Discover by mail or phone at this time. Matching Gifts If you work for a company with a Matching Gift program, please contact your Human Resources department to ask for a matching gift form. This program can significantly augment your contribution to MHS at no additional cost to you. Gifts of Securities To contribute gifts of securities, please contact the Development Office at (617) 646-0543 for more information. Tax Deductibility MHS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax deductible within legal limits and will be acknowledged by MHS.
