This broadside gives the order of exercises of a meeting of the Dorchester Anti-Slavery Society held on 4 July 1835. Meetings typically combined song, prayer, and orations. On this day, William Lloyd Garrison's oration followed a reading of the Declaration of Independence and a prayer.
