    This 12-page letter is comprised of two different types of paper; the first 4 pages (one folded sheet) are tan, and the remaining 8 pages (two folded sheets) are blue.


    This letter is written from Eleanor "Nora" Saltonstall (1894-1919) to her family and describes her arrival in Paris to volunteer with the Red Cross during World War 1.
