There are also photographs of the regiment's military camps at Jacksonville, Fla. and Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, Folly Island, and Morris Island, S.C., as well as photographs of Fort McAllister, Georgia and the siege of Fort Wagner on Morris Island in 1863. One photograph that depicts the flags of the 54th Mass. Volunteer Infantry Regiment has pieces of the original flags attached. Photographers include George S.
