Price Current Goes to CanadaOn 4 March, Bill Fowler and Ingrid Parent, Assistant Deputy Minister, Documentary Heritage Collection of the Library Archives Canada, formally signed an agreement to lend the Society's Nathans and Hart "Price Current" broadside to the Canadian library. Printed by John Bushell in Halifax, N.S., in 1752, this is the only known copy of the broadside, one of Canada's earliest imprints. During the past year the number of online finding aids has increased from an initial 45 to almost 200. That growth represents both the conversion of existing collection guides and the creation of new finding aids. All of the Society's photograph collection guides are available online, as well as more than half of the finding aids for its manuscript collections.
