This forenoon I went with Mr. Artaud to the Academy and bought a Russian and French Grammar. Wrote a letter to Mr. Thaxter.1 Went to carry out letters to Mr. Felleisen. Mr. D. dined at Mr. Wolff's. After dinner Mr. D. Mr. Artaud and myself went to the concert. We returned at about 9 o'clock.
