At a Meeting of the Merchants in this Town
at the British Coffee-House, it was unanimously
Voted to alter the Non-Importation Agreement,
and to open the Importation of Goods from Great
Britain, except Teas, and such other Articles as
are, or may be subject to Duties for the Purpose
of Raising a Revenue in America.
