In this letter, Samuel Blowers, one of the defense attorneys representing the soldiers in the Boston Massacre trials, implores Robert Treat Paine, a member of the prosecution, to submit a copy of his oral argument to the printer that it might be included in a forthcoming publication on the trials. Paine drafted a reply on 7 January 1771.
