Jonathan Mulliken was a clockmaker in Newburyport, Mass. His engraving of the scene of the Boston Massacre was based on Paul Revere's print and was most likely issued in Newburyport. Notice that Mulliken's cupola has only six columns whereas Revere shows seven, and that Mulliken uses "ye 29th Regt" while Revere used "the 29th Regt".
