Dwelling house of Joshua Cheever Esqr. and carry away
sundry things of the Value of Twenty eight pounds --

ments, at the – Court of General Sessions to be Holden at
Boston, in and for

County of Suffolk, on Monday the
25th Day of July Currt.

You are also alike required to Summon the Persons named as Witnesses to the

Presentments to appear at the same Time, to give Evidence on
His Majesty's behalf.
