Richardson is to have another tryall
NB July 1771. he is still in Goal alive & hath had no other Tryall
Preston acquitted & all the Soldiers except
two, who was brought in guilty of
manslauter, & burnt in the hand.

Stand clear poor Inhabitants of Boston, if any
more Soldiers come among you- as ye
most triffling affront is judgd sufficient to
excuse [ . . . ] [of those?] them in taken away ye life of
an honest Citizen.- Witness 5 Mar: 1770.
