I1 Recd. yours of the& 11th Instant2 wherein you Mention an Execution Hayword vs Winslow being Returnd not Satisfied and that Phinehas Nevers3 Made return on the writ that he had attachd. a Chair value 2/ and that the Plat. will think hard to Loose his debt and Cost when you Sent express orders to the officer to attach Sufficiant to answer the Cost at Least. I take Nevers to be an onest Man and doubt not but he Will do his endeaver to Secure you booth the debt & Cost if it Lies in his Powers. If you See fit to Renew the Execution and Send it me fourth with I Will Send it to Mr. Nevers and Write him upon the affair. Shall be allways Ready to Serve you in this as Well as any other affair as far as it Lies in my Power and am your Most Humble Servant
PS. Nevers Lives at Brunswick you may have an oppertunity of sending from Boston to him by water sooner than I Can from here.

Phineas Nevers of Brunswick later served as a lieutenant colonel in Col. John Allen's regiment in the defense of Machias during the Revolution (Mass. Soldiers & Sailors in the Revolution, 11:329).
