State of Massachusetts Bay Council Chamber Decr. 4th. 1777

The General Assembly having this Day come to the a choice of seven Gentlemen to Represent this State in the Honble. Continental Congress by joint Ballot of both Houses to serve for the ensuing Year—it appeared, after counting & sorting the Votes, the following Gentn. were chosen, Vizt:
