Rodolph Frederick Geyer, Directing the Attorney-General to Desist from Prosecution

On the petition of Rodolph Frederick Geyer.1
Resolved, That the honorable the Attorney-General of this State be, and he is hereby directed, to desist from prosecuting any libel against a certain house and land at Wheeler’s Point so called, in this town of Boston, late in the occupation of Rodolph Frederick Geyer, as being the property of Frederick William Geyer, late of Boston, an absentee, for reasons set forth in said petition.

Rodolph Frederick Geyer (d. 1790) was the father of Frederick William Geyer, for whose estate see Commonwealth v. Frederick William Geyer, July 11, 1780 (above).
After wishing you & family all happiness I would request you to look over the Inclosed writ vs. Mr. Babcock & See whether tis rightly drawn & will answer the purpose, & whether I have given him his right Addition, if not beg you’d Set the whole to rights & get it served, for which & all other Obligations, (if ever in my power) I will make Satisfaction—our friends all in health—hoping you & yours are so I take liberty to Subscribe myself your obliged
