W: the father shall either in his life tyme or by his last will or other order to be executed after his death give vnto the said Margaret and her children by the said Jo: W. in landes houses Cattle or other goodes to the full value of 400 li. so as they may possesse and enioye the same at or before the deathe of the said Jo. and Margaret then this obligation to be voyd etc.
