Certificate to "Tshi-zhunk-Rau-Raw" [ ] and other Winnebago chiefs re their visit to Washington

- Certification that JQA smoked peace pipe with Naw-kaw, a Winnebago chief, in Washington, D.C.
- Louise Kellogg article states, "The original ... was presented in 1930 to the Museum of Luther College, Decorah, Iowa."
- Another copy is privately owned; see H. A. Moe to LHB, Moorhead, Minn., 18 Nov. 1954.
- The principal chief was evidently Naw-Kaw, a portrait of whom is in McKenney and Hall, Indian Tribes, 1:72 and 2:225.
- Offered for sale May 1986, Guthman Americana, P.O. Box 392, Westport, Conn. 06881.
