Individual Sponsorship

Please fill out sponsorship form.

Pay for your sponsorship via secure payment link. 

Sponsorship form must be received by March 13, 2026, to be listed in the program booklet. Please contact Hanna van Belle at hvanbelle@masshist.org or 627-646-0551 with any questions. 

If individuals wish to pay for part of their sponsorship with a Donor Advised Fund, they may do so in accordance with IRS guidelines. The donor must pay for the portion of the sponsorship covering goods or services received by guests: Signature - $1,250, Benefactor - $750, Patron - $250

All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. The MHS Tax ID is 042108374.

Tax deductibility: Signature - $8,750, Benefactor - $ 4,250, Patron - $2,250
