The Economics of King Philip's War with Wulfstan Scouller

Wulf Scouller is a PhD student at Yale University. In summer 2023, he was the Samuel Victor Constant Fellow at the MHS, kindly funded by the Society of Colonial Wars in Massachusetts, which enabled his initial research into a social and economic history of King Philip's War. His dissertation aims to understand the nature and depth of the social and economic impact of the war, paying particular attention to merchants, Atlantic connections, and political economy. He is from Monmouth, in south Wales.
