Virtual Meetings

The Library Reader Services team can conduct virtual reference interviews via Zoom. This allows researchers to present your research questions to a librarian in person, rather than via e-mail or voicemail.

To schedule a virtual appointment with a librarian, please e-mail and a staff member will coordinate with you to find a convenient time.

Live Chat

Researchers can also interact with the Reader Services staff via live chat. To initiate a chat session type your question in the text field below and click “Start Chat.”  The first available Reader Services staff member will respond.

Chat service is available Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, excluding holidays.
